ALTERATIONS
All bridal gowns typically need some alterations to be a perfect fit for your special day.
We DO NOT offer in-house alterations. We can, however, offer advice on how to best go about getting the right fit if you happen to have any questions.
We suggest contacting a tailor experienced in bridal alterations to plan for any potential alterations accordingly.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, all gowns are FINAL SALE. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. Here at La Vagabonde, we require that all dresses go through rigorous quality control. In the rare event that you stumble upon issues regarding the fit of your gown, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at lavagabondefr@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Sample dresses are non-refundable.
Clearance dresses are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are never refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
